What this site is

BlockFlockNow documents the use of automated license plate reader (ALPR) surveillance, aggregates related news and public information, lists community events, and provides educational resources for lawful civic action. The site is provided for educational, journalistic, and civic-awareness purposes.

• Nothing on this site is legal advice. Laws vary by jurisdiction and change; consult a licensed attorney for advice about your situation.
• News summaries are written from published reporting and linked to their sources. We work to be accurate and correct errors when we find them, but we cannot guarantee that every item is complete, current, or error-free.
• Event listings are reviewed before publication, but events change. BlockFlockNow is a discovery platform and is not the organizer of listed events unless explicitly stated. Verify details with the organizer before attending.

Your submissions

When you submit an event, a report, or other material to the site, you agree that:

• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you have the right to share it;
• you grant ByteBunny, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, edit, publish, distribute, and remove it as part of running the site;
• we may decline or remove any submission at our discretion, and publication does not imply endorsement.

Do not submit private personal information about other people.

Donations

• Donations are made to ByteBunny, LLC and are not tax-deductible. ByteBunny, LLC is not a 501(c)(3) charity.
• Donations are processed by NanoCart through its payment processors (Stripe or PayPal); your card details never touch this site. Their terms apply to payment processing.
• Donations fund hosting, data, research, and operating costs of the project and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or without authorization, contact blockflock@bytebunny.io promptly and we will work with you in good faith.

Third-party sites and tools

The site links to external websites, community projects, datasets, and tools maintained by others. We do not control them, and listing or linking does not mean we endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for them. Review each project's own documentation, terms, and the laws that apply to you before use.

Our content

The site's original content (including our summaries, page text, and design) belongs to ByteBunny, LLC. You may link to the site and share excerpts with attribution. Third-party content we link to belongs to its respective owners. Public datasets we aggregate are credited on the pages where they appear, with their own licenses.

To the extent any liability is not excludable, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you donated to the project in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
